My experience may be anecdotal but I have never seen partners from Salesforce practice at Big4/MBB/Other firms. There are way more Data Analytics/Cyber security Partners in Consulting firms. Why so? (I could be wrong here)

Is it easier to move to an UMM/Megafund from MBB or from a LMM fund?

For those roles in non strategy such as risk or implementation, does any of the mbb recruit out of non targets?
I'm a master's student in business analytics in a non target in NYC, and I really am interested in an implementation/ risk consulting at MBB.

To be frank I love to work with Accenture as the hike percentage is pretty decent when compared to other companies also I am comfortable working with Accenture. Can we talk about how much of a MENACE Marc Benioff is for executing the most diabolical marketing campaign of all time? This man has pulled so many next level marketing. My favorite 1 was when he bought out all these taxi’s in Cannes, France where most potential customers were attending; would fly into Nice & ask for a taxi which is 45 min of a trip. Marc rented out ALL of the airport taxis, but instead of making them unavailable the customers got a FREE taxi where a rep pitched them in the car

Our general targets are 75% util. Billable or qualified non-billable time. Bonuses will be $1000 per quarter just meeting that. $25/ hr for every billable hour beyond that on top.
