Sleep
I had the same problem for days at a time randomly, sleep and hydrate
Your probably tired, get some sleep. I also hit my eye brow bone (idk the proper name) on the door knob a few months ago. My eyes twitched for 2 weeks on on off because I hit a nerve. If it’s still going after 2 weeks or so, check it out. But it’s probably nothing. 
Sleep. Take longer breaks from screens.
Agreed with everyone else on getting sleep! The eye twitching always happens to me during busy season
I had this happen the fist like 4 weeks of pregnancy and it drove me insane
I think less screen time will help too
Gotten that a few times
My old roommate had that relatively frequently. Triggers were lack of sleep, too much caffeine, and stress
Eat a banana
Turn off your electronics and disconnect! I hope you’re / getting better

I’ve had this before and it’s SO annoying. 😣 Try a warm compress on your eye (I just wet a warm washcloth) while you close your eyes. 😴 Agree with the other comments about getting quality sleep, reducing screen time and avoiding caffeine. Feel better!
I’ve had this before. Unfortunately it does come back once in a while, it’s the the worst. I’ve narrowed it down to not getting enough sleep consistently, too much caffeine and not enough water. It’s a vicious cycle. Take care of yourself OP!
