Meal planning that is healthy, light and schedule adaptive. I’m trying to look at increasing the green veggies this school year. Smart Water is great as well. I am trying to work to encourage my students as well to making good choices.

I meal prep over the weekend. I like to dump something in the crock pot and throw something else in the oven. While those two things are cooking, I’ll make something on the stove top. I like doing this because it maximizes my time and gives me a variety of options when packing my lunch. I’ll usually put 2 of the 3 items in my lunch box and add some quinoa or half a baked/steamed sweet potato in for healthy carbs that make me feel full and satisfied. I rotate through all 3 items during the week so there’s less of a chance that I’ll get tired of eating the exact same thing every day. I usually make dishes that are a combination of veggies and protein so I’m getting the nutrition I need. Good luck!

I have never even considered meal prepping but I will now. I will to discipline myself to do it. We don’t really eat leftovers around these here parts(don’t judge), but I can even prep 5 new meals for the week.

At what point can you just ask clients for clarification, rather than waste hours trying to work it out on your own? My client hates Qs (wtf??🤦😒) so my mgr made them a last resort. Is this logical??
