Hi all, I am working at Natwest Group RBS and I have recently applied for Product Manager Role(gurgaon) in Gartner. How much CTC I should ask and what is the general hike and bonus they give on yearly basis and can someone provide some insights on work life balance and leave policy?

We don't know what your company's policy is
Two things:
1) At many firms, partners don’t have any time off policies. They are expected to sepf manage time.
2) Typically bereavement has clauses surrounding who it can be applicable to (i.e. what type of family member).
Of course hard to tell for sure based on the detail in your post.
I am sorry for your loss and hope you are doing okay. That says, you’re a Partner, speak back up and demand bereavement, you deserve it

Do you have bereavement benefits? Many companies have this specifically and separate from pto
Also you’re a partner can’t you just declare you’re taking off?
You’re a partner you do what you need / want to do.
What company do you work for?

Are you a partner at your firm? Maybe your benefits are different
Because pto was planned absence and bereavement is not
Could be BCG. Partners aren’t really partners till we make Managing Director & Partner.
Either ways - sorry to hear the situation OP.
But this wouldn’t be the response at BCG, nor do we call vacation time PTO.
