Deloitte leadership is acting like a baby who wants the lollipop. I agree that working from an office has its advantages. But, post WFH era, they need to understand that people love and want that flexibility of working from any location. I mean calling employees back to base location is just gonna cost well being of some employees. Those who want to work from office should feel comfortable working from office. Same should be for those who are more productive with WFH option.

Any parents who are still on the safe side with Covid? We have a 1 year old and being safe and staying mostly home is really getting to me. Most of our friends have kids who are able to mask up or are vaccinated and it’s getting quite isolating.
