Have you ever started a recruitment process only to get an offer and negotiate your salary? I like my job, it has its small issues, but I’d like to stay for a while. I got contacted by this recruiter, I could increase my salary, get stocks, currently I have none, for less responsibility.However, that company is not aligned with my values and it’s unlikely I’d be happy there.
