Been since May 23rd that I’ve completed my background check. Called the 3rd party company and they said the background check has been sent to the hiring company for review as of last Friday. I’ve prepared at least 50 retrospective star stories but without fail, the interviewer always throws a curve ball. As an introvert, I am introspective in my problem solving and struggle to quickly adapt my prepared stories when the interviewer is being intentionally ambiguous.
