My firm has been growing rapidly, maybe too quickly. Combined that with the staff shortage, we are forced to meet unrealistic timeline. For a midsize audit, we are given just 3 weeks to complete everything even tho the 3 weeks is just enough time to complete the fieldwork. The job usually have a partner, manager, senior, experienced staff and staff I. Whatever outstanding after the three weeks, senior has to complete it on his/her own time. Any other mid tier firms experiencing that?

I’ve had pain and discomfort lately and visited a gyno this week. When they examined me, they mentioned a endometrial (?) cyst on my ovary that I didn’t process fully, and prescribed low-hormone BC to manage the pain. After the visit, I did research and it appears this is a late-stage result of endometriosis, which I have never been diagnosed with (no previous gynos have ever mentioned it). Has anyone had one or have experience with endometriosis? I’m concerned about my fertility (still young).
