Very stressed with my life currently. 28w and we have just too much going on - immigration issues, moving homes, uncertainty, family angst, poor health , salary loss, etc so much so that I and SO feel very drained.

Considering recession job security, technology and pay which one should I choose?

Currently 25. With this recent economic down turn, should I increase my 401k investments or reduce it to only until company match? I’m not able to max out my 401k due to priorities so that’s not an option, but wondering if I should increase allocations or temporarily reduce them.
