My first round at VMware was with the manager for MTS3 role. It was a technical round. She/he said “Welcome onboard” and also told me that another person from his team will take another technical round . What does this mean ? Can I think that I’m in and be happy 😅??Do I need to contact her/him again to schedule the next round?

I'm an SVP/strategist with 25 yrs exp., but only 3 years in healthcare. I'm being recruited for a GSVP "account leadership" role (i.e., not on the strategy team) for two big unbranded campaigns. It sounds great, they know my med/reg comms exp. is very light, and I think I can do the job, but: Is there a real future for me on the account side if, at GSVP level, I still haven't done much meg/reg? KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

We have our agile meetings in US timings.But the thing which annoys me the most is we work in whole day and then we sometimes have to attend the meetings till 9:30 pm IST at night.We are told to login late next day but still my productivity falls after 8:30 pm.I feel that attending these EST meetings is the duty of the onsite lead.
