My first round of snapshots in Project Delivery. Seems good to me, thoughts?

Torn between staying on my current project (been here 1 year) or trying to jump to a different engagement that more aligns with my career goals. My current engagement I have an amazing WLB, but don’t see myself gaining a lot of skills for my future career. I spoke with some SM’s on another engagement thats much more aong the lines of my work interest and they said they would take me, but I would definitely have a bit of a learning curve there. Only have classroom experience in those fields.

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it. I currently make about 160k and if JPM would give me a high draw for the first 3 years to build, and if it’s feasible to sustain that 160+ there.

Is it possible to jump into a tech role from claims? I have project coordination experience along with implementation experience and I took a claims job when my last contract ended to pay the bills. I think I have a solid background was curious if anyone has a made a jump from a claims role and into a tech role.

Has anyone ever been pulled off an account and put on another at a client’s request due to “personalities not meshing”? Any advice would be helpful.

Looking to switch from Booz Allen to EYP and wondering if the extra 10-20k per year will be worth it. I have great work life balance now that I’m on one project and working from home. My little sister got engaged today. She’s so in love and she truly found her soulmate. I’m so happy for her but I can’t help but feel bad for me. She’s always been an over achiever and has always “beat” me in everything (job, looks, love, social life etc). Recently accepted an offer to join Deloitte usdc. I applied through my university. However, upon reading all these reviews (here and online). I am definitely second guessing this decision. The compensation is lower than I expected. But I do want to do this as a stepping stone but I also have been in the tech field for 7+plus yrs.
