My first switch was in march-2022 and second in July-2022. Can I go for third one? Will it have negative impact on CV going forward?

Prior to my first switch, I worked in the same organization for 5.5 years.

Curious if you all include your experience in your home country in your total years of experience? I spent 2 years at a WITCH firm in India before coming for a masters here, should I include that in my total YOE or do the companies only care about US experience?

I’m seeing some people get into Harvard and MIT MBAs with 0-2 years FT experience in random corporate banking, random sales operations role at a small tech company, etc. Am I missing something here?

I have 5 offers from MNCs and 2 months of Notice period left. KPMG : 18 LPA fixed+ medical allowance+ gratuity, profile: consultant, tech: devops

Workday: 21 LPA fixed + 7.5 LPA worth allowances (stocks and medical claims)
Profile: bt infrastructure engineer, tech: AWS (probably devops components included)

Please note workday does not share salary breakup and 7.5 LPA worth allowances are for everyone. It also has hybrid model.
