Motivation is so much needed.
My fellow, I think I’m drained. It has become very hard to make it to work. I have no motivation, feel disconnected and stagnant. I do not know how to get myself back on.

I interviewed for a position in industry. It got to the point where they brought up salary. They told me the range and it was shockingly low. This would be a lateral move from public to industry but the high end of the range was 30% lower than my current salary. I was frank that the salary was way too low and that in all honesty it was way too low for that level of role. It’s crazy that some companies are so out of touch with market rates especially in this job market. You have to pay for talent

As a new audit manager, is it a good career path to leave for a senior financial analyst role at a large Fortune 500 company? Salary is about 10% more. Or should I keep on looking for a accounting manager job?
