How does one get hired by Mother NY or W+K who doesn’t put out job posts?

My dad is refusing to get the TDAP shot because he claims he has 0 exposure to pertussis since he’s in a mask all day every day (he’s a doctor in a hospital 🤦🏻‍♀️). I’m so angry & don’t know how to reason with him. I told him it can be fatal to infants under 6mos & he said, great, we’ll see the baby after 6 months. Have you guys encountered resistance from any family members to getting TDAP? How did you handle it? I don’t understand why he’s saying no, it has literally no downside.

Went through 2 egg retrievals & 1 miscarriage to get pregnant. I’ve been teleworking bc of COVID. However, I have to start going into the office during my third trimester. I don’t understand why it is necessary to put myself and baby at risk. 😔 Am I overreacting (pregnancy hormones)? Or would you be upset? Open to suggestions on how to look on the bright side. Thanks!

So, what if your kid is in a 6 person Montessori class with no interaction outside of their “pod”, serious disinfection and prevention practices and all the other parents are super socially conscious and aware. 2 teachers per classroom and no infections during summer school on campus.

Firm sends an email saying office will be open to those who want to come in “voluntarily” and with certain capacity restrictions. Managing Partner sends email to our group saying he expects us all back in the office full time on Monday, not on a voluntary basis. AmLaw50 firm. Terrific leadership.
