Hi fishes, in urgent need of your suggestions.
One of my friend is having offer from Oracle Pune for software developer role in Oracle store team. but he does not have clear idea of the role whether it will be operations, support or development work.
Does anyone know what kind of work is there in store team. Also, is it possible to change the project once we get inside?

Hi Fishes,
Recently I got an offer from Deloitte. The offer value they told is different and the value they projected in the offer letter is different. Does anyone had a similar experience. How does the variable pay and the hike cycle works in Deloitte? Please help me understand Deloitte USI Big 4
12 casual / sick leaves
18 paid leaves.. out of which
- 50% that is 9 expires if not used.
- 9 will be carried forward to the next year.
Along with these,
5 confirmed Government holidays for all locations.
5 optional holidays, based on a list of Holidays given based on your work location varies location wise.
So, if you calculate there are 40 holidays in an year.
Also,
To mention, 24th December to 1st of December are mandatory leave days.
Which will be deducted from your leaves itself. It's system generated, done by the HR from the backend(Out of The 50% mandatory leaves ,usage of Earned leaves are done here, if they are already used up, then General leaves are checked, else the other half of the 9 is used, if you have expired all your leaves then you have to go for leave without pay as this is mandatory leaves.)
Thanks buddy for detailed ans.
As far as I know they are casual leaves, not government holidays
General leaves are casual leaves not public holidays.
