we do value oversea experience including India but it differs if he has done offshore roles with Deloitte USI or KPMG SGS or PwC SDC vs deloitteindia or PwC India

India consulting firms experience are valued higher but not offshore

Now regarding exec MBA , i haven't seen anyone here in Deloitte Canada who are hired based on that ... But my experience is limited to HRT space
