I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

As a PM, I feel as though I should own and manage the product. But Senior Leadership often comes to me with “we’ve promised this to a client so you have to build it”. There’s often little to no discovery of the benefit of building something beyond “client excitement in a meeting”. How do you handle these types of issues, especially when it’s CEO, VP, and Directors owning the roadmap and you are the executer?

I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? 20 lakhs ctc is good compensation for 8 years experienced female candidate in tcs? Current ctc is 16.5 in cognizant. Yes I know it's not even a 30% hike but I heared tcs have some limit and they won't pay more than their budget level. Initially they said they can offer 23 ctc and 1 lakh joining bonus. Then it was rejected from corporate. I want work life balance in top priority. Is it good to join tcs or should I look for counter offer??
