I have the same experience with the current CTC as 4.4 but I work on ERP support. Should I make a switch too?

Received an offer today from Twilio for a L3 program manager (non tech) for 125 base, 60k equity, and a 15k sign on (essentially 140k TC). I currently make more than this and have offers higher than this on the table. Anyone have insight on how much I can counter?
