Anybody tried Ginger or therapy through texting? Would love to know your thoughts. I can see it being neat since I tend to express my feelings and thoughts better in writing. I also tend to downplay how I really feel in person with a friend but less so when I’m texting them my feelings. But worried about the quality of therapists and my words actually being saved in my files, amongst other things.

I'm a working mother currently on maternity leave for 2nd kid. I've been able to perform well these days but in reality it feels so difficult to keep up. I felt like a walking zombie during thanksgiving, barely eating and barely talking. My family is small and I told them ahead of time my relationship ended.
