Is it worthy to switch to KPMG ?
Got an interview with Amazon within their Advertising department. I hear working for Amazon can be great if you get into the right department. Anyone have insights to their advertising department? Good or bad? Also, would love some interview tips if you have them! (It’s for an Executive Assistant position) thank you!

MBA won't get her any additional $ in advertising. Expect 75-95k.
At least 100K - the agency knows she could easily go elsewhere and make that much with an MBA
Yeah I don't think the "she could go somewhere else" cuts it. I find credentials get interviews, not jobs or leverage. Personality goes a long ways. If she is sparkling and compelling, she can be in demand for higher dollars. Otherwise, look to industry standards, regardless of degree.
Depends on level they hire her. She needs to sell her chops and if she can she can make the 100k Arnold mentions above.
Agree w account director 1 100%. (Has she considered client side? MBA pulls more weight over there..not to mention they aren't the ones at work til midnight on the reg.)
