Hi Fishes
I have an interview scheduled with Accenture India Strategy for the manager position in there Supply Chain & Operations practice.
Any ideas on what kind of questions I should expect?
Case study?
Guesstimate?
Scenario based questions?
Any inputs would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance!

I recently got an offer for an internship at Big 4 this summer in technology consulting data & analytics. I’m wondering if any fishes (interns & full-time consultants) can give me some insight into what you guys do on a day to day basis. do you enjoy it? what type of skills have you developed/what tech do you work with (sql, power bi, python etc) EY PwC Deloitte KPMG
If it's a smaller company, it may be a universal role. If you're looking for something that is more geared toward HR, then I'd probably keep looking.
I wouldn't say its a red flag, but I would be cautious of accepting roles that are not aligned with my career goals. In the past, I have accepted roles that were "close enough", which lead me into a cycle of being stuck in roles I was unhappy with.
I have to agree with this. I did the same exact thing! Just be careful!
Sounds like it may not be an HR focused role after all. I would potentially keep looking for something that will definitely align with what you want as a career. Not to say this job won't have any HR components, but I might hold out for something that was a bit more HR dominant.
Thank you all for your responses! I appreciate your insight
