Is it thinning out all over or falling out in clumps in one or a few places? Like do you have areas where there is a patch with no hair? Some hair falling out is normal aging, stress, etc. But when it’s in patches it is more indicative of a health problem like an autoimmune disease or dietary issues.
You can also see your primary care dr if you can get in sooner and that gives you peace of mind
Girl i got you! I have been dealing with this for years bcs of my Lupus. nutrafol vitamins have been a life saver for me. I also drink bone broth daily which has collagen and amino acids that work amazing for hair and nails.
I also use oils on my scalp once a week. PM me if you have questions, but I totally understand your pain.
Its amazing. I also made alot of dietary changes and of course i saw a doctor to check hormones and thyroid. But everything checked out ok so its just diet and lifestyle changes
Y’all need castor oil and rice water
Aah!!! Thank you!! I will definitely try this again with the mixture you said..

Yea. Same. Idk what to do. I wonder if it’s stress-related or random or what.
Mine too - always did, but these days it’s waaaay more hair than usual
I’m having the same issue!! Initially I thought it was postpartum hormones related but I think it’s too long for it to continue 😢
I started a regimen of multi-vitamins, Viviscal supplements, and Vital Proteins collagen powder each day — and have noticed the hair fall slowed down after 2 months.
Go to the doctor ... hair loss is a symptom of may things such as hypothyroidism
I even had a friend who had temporary hair loss that a doctor tied to a high fever she had a few months before. Derms should be able to help
I did PRP On my scalp and my hair grew back in 7 weeks. Totally worth it!
I only went twice. I did not go back. It’s fully grown in now and I’m really thrilled with the results! I was feeling so insecure about the thinning. I also started using Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. I noticed less hair would fall out when I wash.
Is it genetic? If yes you can try rogaine
Me too but it’s mostly because I haven’t gotten a trim. If I don’t trim my hair every three months, my hair stars falling.
Same! I just ordered vegamour and I’m hoping that plus vitamins slows it down.
I have been thinking about Vegamour but wasn’t sure if it works. Have you heard good things about it?
I would go see an endocrinologist. Could be a thyroid problem

When I went on accutane I got terrible hair loss..here are a few things they helped:
1) OLAPLEX
2)Vitamin D
3) Biotin
A lot of people also recommend the ordinary hair serum. I’m so sorry you’re going through this hope it gets better!
