Either use a standing desk or stack something so you can stand. I also stand in meetings.
Deadlifts actually improve my sitting stamina. It seems counterintuitive but I can definitely tell a difference.

My chiropractor has helped my hip pain. Find one certified in Active Release Technique. Absolute lifesaver. Plus a good chiro will show you some specific stretches to help.
Water, pretzels with salt, bananas, apples. Training for a 10 miler. I started increasing those amounts. It helped a lot. Also mineral water.
Glute and ab exercises might help
Seriously if you aren't foam rolling that is step #1
Have more sex
(1) Look into Z-Health and/Egoscue. They teach about pain and exercises. Both offer classes and have videos on YouTube.

(3) Discuss with a Physiologist. They'll may give you some exercises and/or a physical therapy prescription.
(4) go to a Chiropractor. They'll realign you and give you exercises to do. Mine got rid of my hip-to-foot sciatic pain.

Tim Ferriss recommends doing inversions. He keeps boots at home and at CrossFit. My chiropractor recommended an inversion table as an alternative.
