The best fix is to add sound proofing in the walls and replace the windows with tightly sealed double pane.
I haven’t tried this but you could get sound proofing curtains.

You can get acoustic tiles on Amazon. But be aware that blocking sound isn’t always straightforward because sound waves rebound and bounce.

Depending on your budget, 2 previous posts are strong responses. Exterior barrier (trees or fence) and sound barriers in your wall. This includes adding sound proof insulation (internal or exterior walls). You can also double up on drywall.
