When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.

I hope everything goes well on this next step of your family! Everyone has a different experience, so try to focus on other things and make sure you get enough rest and exercise - good to adjust now and you’ll be set with a routine when pregnant! Each month you aren’t pregnant can be hard. It took my husband and I 8 months, one of my close friends 2 months, and another friend took 18 months. My husband and I chose to give up alcohol, but that’s not a must while TTC. I found ovulation tests somewhat helpful, but it’s better to track your cycle and try not to stress about it. Best of luck - I hope everything goes well! If it doesn’t, there are tons of great professionals out there to help. :)
Relax, it’s a marathon not a sprint. Get the ovulation kits (don’t go cheap,) track yourself in a app religiously, pre seed for lube if you need it. Would recommend getting your husband a SA upfront cause that’ll help your mental health a lot

Agree definitely a marathon. Just get lots of rest, look into nutrition, and see a RE if you're feeling a bit impatient
Stress management is important. Find ways to make yourself relaxed. Acupuncture definitely helped in my case
Vitamin D supplements! I lot of people are deficient and my RE specifically told me to take a supplement. My cycles were always a little irregular but went way off when I started TTC. Make sure you manage your stress. You could go nuts with the BBT tracking and ovulation strips, but it can take you down an obsessive path.
Definitely check with your own doctors OP before taking a supplement to make sure it won’t be harmful to you
It took almost six months after I stopped my BC for us to get pregnant. These are the list of things we did:
- bought the nicer ovulation strips, the cheaper ones were useless and they wasted two months!
- used the baby dance lube
- BBT tracking, it really helped us understand that ovulation is not always on day 14!
- I continued my strength exercises and we aimed to workout one hour a day on weekdays
- took prenatal vitamins, I think even men have some vitamins similar to prenatal
- the last two months I stopped wine as well, I doubt it had any effect on us getting pregnant 🤷🏽♀️ Could be just a coincidence!
Wish you good luck OP!

Stay away from pregnancy forums. If you’re anything like me your anxiety will spike because they are disproportionately filled with people having issues conceiving.
Accept that there is a ton of chance involved. Sounds like you are doing everything you should. I got pregnant first month with my first two which we conceptually knew was super lucky but I think we did not fully appreciate. Now trying for number three and it’s been three months. I went to my OB recently for my annual and she basically said that’s totally normal and we should assume it will take three to six months even if everything is perfect. Told me if after 12 months it hasn’t worked than we can come back. Mostly my response was to stock the wine cellar
