Before! It won't be too bad to find a new OB at 26 weeks, but post delivery, things get intense. And you can save the money for 529 or just spending on yourself. If I were in your shoes, I would start searching for my OB/hospital etc. earlier, and have couple of video or telephonic consults before as well. We have to move to a new apartment one month post baby, and its not fun! Good luck

Definitely move before.
I moved when I was 3 weeks before my due date and it was fine. I dread the thought of moving after.
Before. Hands down. You will NOT want to deal with moving with an infant. And you’ll already be in nesting mode during your third trimester so it will literally be your instinct to move then
Before for sure! I had to move unexpectedly to a rental place at week 32 and was harder to move back after the baby was born.
Before so you have time to settle in! You won’t want to worry about anything besides baby once the baby is here! (8 weeks post partum right now!)
Definitely before
Before. I'm one month pp and can't imagine putting together a move a month from now.
BEFORE! You don’t start feeling human until about 2-3 months in so don’t move during that time!
I agree, before will be far easier!
BEFORE!!!
Definitely before. I had to unexpectedly move when my 1st born was 10 weeks old and it was a terrible experience. Too overwhelming to have to do something that intense and time consuming with a NB. If you’re feeling great in the 2nd trimester, it’ll be a breeze to move, versus with a baby in tow. Good luck!!
We went to look at a house when I was 3 days postpartum and moved in when my daughter was 5 weeks. It was manageable but moving is a lot of work with the newborn. Even as simple as packing/putting things away takes extra time since you have to keep an eye on a newborn, change diapers, feeding session every two hours and on top of your own exhaustion from lack of sleep. If I were in your situation, I would do it before
Before, but you should definitely try to find an obgyn who will take you in advance. Many (in Texas, at least) will not accept patients after the 20th week of pregnancy.
Before!!! I moved when 20 weeks pregnant and it was a piece of cake. All settled in by the time baby came. I could not fathom doing that with a 2 month old!
Before. I also moved while pregnant. It was slightly annoying and I was unable to unpack as quickly as normal. But moving with a newborn would be literal hell.
Before! Much less stressful for sure!
Before, no question.
Moving is stressful. Move while pregnant where you have a legitimate excuse to do nothing or try to move with a 2 month old when you get no sleep but will be expected to help and manage the move.
Omg before! The last thing you’re are going to want to do is pack and move with a LO around
Before for sure! I moved with a two month old and it was hell.
