Take fertilaid and motility boost. I had low count too and within a month my test passed :-)
Feriliad and the supplement of motility boost. All the best!
Mine had both low motility and high deformity. But it only takes one to do the job.
Acupuncture helped. He also gave up drinking and saw a significant improvement In two months. He wasn’t even a big drinker. But cutting out the beer here and there was a noticeable difference.
Also omega-3s and doing exercise.
Morphology is typically the least important thing. They aren’t able to statistically point to it as a reason for not being able to get pregnant.
These results will definitely fluctuate. Especially if he gets sick or something
These are not scary at all. Don’t worry. Make some dietary adjustments. And he’s gonna be okay
Morphology is highly debated in fertility medicine. You can almost disregard it. I had morphology at 1% when we were trying and we ended up conceiving last year.
On the other hand, its a good excuse for some healthy changes as others pointed out! Also, sleep naked!
If the sperm count is high enough to have mobile Sperms, you should be in good shape. That said count and % motile are two important considerations. Morphology not so much. My doctor wasn’t worried - 3% morphology when the WHO average is 4%. Don’t worry about it. My partner and I sworn a whole weekend trying to analyze the range and our # values. Doc didn’t seem concerned and said h there were enough to get a pregnancy going. Stay strong and be positive. It will happen. Feel free to DM me if you was to chat. Good luck!
Thank you!
I’ve known a few couples who successfully increased it. I believe Coq10 is a decent supplement for it (if I recall correctly it needs something else - maybe zinc? In addition to work for men). Wouldn’t hurt to try some things while waiting for the appointment.
My husband made significant improvements within 3 months by completely cutting alcohol and caffeine (drinking detox tea instead). No processed meats, lots of veggies etc. PLUS various vitamins: fish oil, zinc, Ubiquinol (google “pimp my sperm” and follow the vitamin suggestion). Also avoid hot showers/baths/sauna etc and tight boxers..
