It’s always so uncomfortable asking people to pay you back.

Seriously a pet peeve of mine when someone picks up the tab/pays for something and people don’t immediately Venmo/QuickPay the other person back right away.

If you’ve been laid off before, did you get a warning? What was the process like? And how long was the search before finding a new job? Getting nervous with all the uncertainty.

I am so much happier dating someone who is less focused on looks and more focused on everything else.

I started a T-Mobile family plan in 2014. Since then I’ve expanded to 8 lines on my grandfathered plan, paying $180 for unlimited talk text and data. My friends with the other lines are paying me $30 a month per line and are very grateful because they were all paying 65-80 individually.

This is a shower thought / confession: Sometimes I feel like I’m not very smart compared to my peers, but then I see some of the face palm inducing questions being asked on Fishbowl and realize some of these are from the same people making north of 250k a year. The lesson I’ve learned is never sell yourself short!

Be careful what you share and whom you ask for advice. I think most people don’t really want what’s best for you unless they are happy with themselves, and most aren’t.

I just don’t understand how can someone want to work indefinitely from home in a micro-apartment.
