Happened to me, got passed. Some are really good with the feedback others like to put on a front
Some like to keep a neutral expression not matter how the case is going. Don’t read too much into it

Yeah I got the “ok what else? Ok anything else? Anything else you want to say?” With one interviewer and it went fine. Part of it is an interviewer’s technique. You obviously don’t want to discourage an interviewee but on the flip side if they’re getting the majority of the things right you don’t want to smile and nod and get them to go “ah I answered it” and maybe not say a few other things they were thinking that could raise their score even higher. Same with the “what else?” where they’re trying to get as much content out of you as possible to make sure they’ve rated you appropriately.
