My interviewer was extremely stone faced and gave off a pretty tired vibe. Is this common even for passing interviewers or is this a bad sign?

Happened to me, got passed. Some are really good with the feedback others like to put on a front

Some like to keep a neutral expression not matter how the case is going. Don’t read too much into it

Yeah I got the “ok what else? Ok anything else? Anything else you want to say?” With one interviewer and it went fine. Part of it is an interviewer’s technique. You obviously don’t want to discourage an interviewee but on the flip side if they’re getting the majority of the things right you don’t want to smile and nod and get them to go “ah I answered it” and maybe not say a few other things they were thinking that could raise their score even higher. Same with the “what else?” where they’re trying to get as much content out of you as possible to make sure they’ve rated you appropriately.

Maybe we should implement something like automatic posts refresh? I got a notification about "someone like mypost" but it isn't displaying at the post title...

Ahh it is posting but into middle of feed as opposed to top.

Yeah you're right. It cuts after two lines instead of expanding.

Ah now it did.

This is looking great!

How long before you actually buy a house, would you start talking to Realtors?

This month I won a few million after taxes in the lottery. My question is do I quit or keep working so I have something to do and have health insurance? Debating working until I decide what I want to do next? If it matters - 40 in Manhattan.

IWD, because a guy on my team said to me "you get paid less because you get free money during your maternity leave" in the team room. And no one disagreed with him. Because I'm the only woman here.

You know it’s gonna be a solid Monday when a Frenchie* slides ahead of you on the upgrade list 👌🏻

3 questions - how old are you? How much are you making yearly (including bonus)? How much cash/liquid saving do you have?

I’m a new hire analyst(august) and i am making so many damn technical errors in my work. I proof read and proof read my deliverables and keep making mistakes. I have a Data Science background but now I’m starting to freak out. I feel like I’m March I am going to be torn to shred on performance reviews and it’s stressing me out like crazy. Advice?

Is it ok to get personal in salary negotiations? For example, let the recruiter know that I’m a single parent supporting three young kids and two retired parents and I really need more money.
