My joining in TCS was scheduled to be on 10th Oct. I got a call from HR recruiter on 7th informing that my joining will be postponed due to pending internal approval. Is it normal to happen in tcs? Is there a chance my offer has been revoked?

I have an offer from Deloitte USI worth 8 LPA + 10% Variable (position: Business Analyst).
My current company (Not a big4 / tier 1 company) has now offered 9 LPA to retain me.
What should I do? Shoul I stay here or join Deloitte and take the advantage of the big4 and tier 1 company tag? I'm very confused - could someone please answer me?

My new employer sent me a work laptop and today in an onboarding call, the HR said that all employer laptops have an ActivTrak monitoring system and anyone who is away for more than 20 minutes will immediately get a call about less than a number of hours. My coworkers & I have a group chat. Fairly often, we do some griping about work. We also have fun convos, share dog pics, etc. Sometimes though, you just want to commiserate. One coworker frequently comments about how it could be worse, stay positive, her prior job was so much worse, etc. One of us had called her out twice. Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.

I have never come across as rude as tcs onboarding team HR. . Tata Consultancy They are literally incapable of handling of a crowd of 100 people and. I am surprised how they are planning to onboarding avg of 200 people on single day. They take individual's questions and start answering with statement like can't you understand I am not here for this purpose with very rude tone and in a crowd of more than 200 people. . Tata should take care of these type of HRs
