My joining with TCS was on 25th August but didn't got any invite mail or joining letter, when I called HR and asked she told me that it got delayed.

For how much time TCS can delay the joining. I already resigned from my current company, Is there any problem with BGC or what I don't understand.

Hello Fishes, I need a small suggestion and guidance from you. I have an offer in hand of Honeywell of 20 LPA and am presently working with TCS. Total exp is 7 yrs working as an HR Business Partner. In TCS my CTC is 13 LPA presently and they want to retain me with promotion and A band in next few months down the line. Whereas my Honeywell joining is in Oct, they are offering me Senior HR Strategic Business Partner role. I definitely need some guidance here from you guys. What should I choose?

Have an opportunity in Gulf for functional consultant role package offered is approx. 72 LPA INR with family visa, to and fro flight tickets once in a year and insurance for family. Aged parents is the only concern.Suggestions pls.
