I’m really scared to see what mine increases by. My rent is at 18% of gross income and I really don’t want to get above 25% or else I’m gonna try to buy something 🫤

Yeah, but I’m still trying to save, I haven’t had this 6 figure salary for more than a year and a half and was in Boston at 50k before so I had hardly any savings or 401k

Be glad its only 300. I live in Miami and mine went up 700. I know people in Miami that have had theirs shoot up as much as 1,100 on a 2/2.
Mine went up by 1000 in Miami. Lol
