Can anyone recommend a good book/materials to prep for the CIPP/CIPM? 🙏🏽

My husband never reads and wants to start reading as a new hobby. What is a good book that you would recommend for a 40 year old man? Not self help books, but maybe something with action. I think he would like the Bourne series, but he saw all the movies so he's not interested, but something similar.

What are some easy to make, low stress holiday meals for a school holiday staff party? I was "volunteered" by our principal to set it up this year (🙄). I'm making decorated sugar cookies but kind of drawing a blank when it comes to savory dishes. Bonus points if you have any adult holiday themed games or fun drinks to suggest! It's off school property and there will be a bar (thank god), for context.

I’m a SPED teacher at alternative school. I am the only SPED staff. I provide services the best I can even when we have way more students than a normal caseload. When there’s a student with significant needs in academics or behavior I let the teachers know that kid’s needs and exactly how to support in their class. My requests are so simple and take like 30 seconds to implement, but I feel like no one even tries. Then they act baffled that the kid is so “immature” or “disrespectful.” Advice?
