If I have a midnight meeting with client’s India team is it acceptable to not be online in the morning until my first call at 10am? Not much of a night owl.

Has anyone come up with a gracious way to tell existing or prior clients that you are too busy to take on more of their work? I am in a mid-sized law firm in Florida and drowning in work.
