My lead in Wipro is absolutely horrible and disgusting. Doesn't have any manners, language, is always rude to us when asked with a doubt. He is himself very incapable of either leading the team or providing a solution to a problem. Calls people at odd hours and doesn't care about ethics or solutions.

I feel like my creative team is secretly criticizing me for asking them to build decks (their job) and make executive and client revisions (also their job). It’s making me feel like a bad producer, but I’m also wondering why aren’t they in a more cooperative or positive mood when we meet to talk about work?
This is the only project we are all on and I don’t understand why they make me feel like I’m asking for too much.

What’s the consensus on tattoos in the insurance workplace? I’m in leadership and considering exploring my options due to recent personnel changes. I work remote and have arm sleeves, and any time I would be in-person I’d of course wear a long sleeve shirt to be professional, but worry about a cuff rolling up and tattoos being somewhat visible. The company has a toxic culture; which I tolerated but upon resigning their treatment has escalated.

Hi y’all! Hope this is the right bowl to post this question and get advice. I am dealing with an employer that preaches our values. The owner states that the values are important to her etc yet my manager violates these values and is involved in unethical behavior frequently. Example 1: My manager has told specialists (resourcers) that she will pay them under the table in order for her (manager) to get full credit vs splitfor the placement and therefore (barely) hit her target for the quarter.

2. My team is having an 2-day offsite meeting in another city and many folks outside of our team are all traveling in for it. Some are only attending for an hour. Do not put anything on a resume that you can't talk in detail on especially if you claim to know this topic. One you get caught having stuffed your resume with jargon and hype word but don't know anything or very much about it, the interviewer will start probing hard to find not discrepancies and soon you're resume will be in the round filing cabinet with a big no written on it.

How to deal with quarter life crisis?

Most of us joined their first job after college with very high hopes (Like : Yeaah my job, I'mma be solving real world problems now).

And we have to do this for life.
I can't seem to shake of the feeling completely even after almost 3 years into working.
