I’m in a tough spot. I started my first industry job two weeks ago (FP&A). I FINALLY heard back from another job that I have been waiting on since January (federal government agency). Pay is a little higher, but benefits are a lot better. I’m playing a pretty big role in my current position. I’d feel really bad about leaving. Anyone ever been in this situation?
