I struggle to save money. I budget my eating out and non-essentials spending, but I feel like part of my struggle to not spend is the fact that I need some excitement to numb my existence from..Cont.

Per my call with HR today, apparently 9 weeks of PTO in 1 year was more than what leadership had in mind per employee when the firm switched to unlimited PTO last year. Just a man trying to take full advantage of my employee benefits, what can I say lol. 🤷🏽‍♂️ (P.S. they only noticed because a manager complained, HR was not actively monitoring this).
