Speak to a therapist. There are ups and downs in life and it's hard to see over the hill sometimes. Keep talking through it. After you've vented enough you may be open to hearing about potential tools and solutions to help you get through this. But you are valuable. This too shall pass. Stay strong.

No matter how much it may feel like you’ll feel this way forever, feelings are temporary. Your situation sounds really difficult, but you can do hard things - especially for a short period of time. If you feel like you can’t make it another month this way, what about a day? You can do anything for one day. Before you know it, you’ll have made it one week. Sometimes a chance of scenery, some exercise, getting in touch with a friend, reading a good book, watching your favorite show, eating your favorite food… are just what you need to smile and realize that there are so good things in your life, even if the big things seem all bad. Please know that you’re valuable, and the effort that it takes to get yourself to a place of contentment is worthwhile.

After working 15 months on a big project, I was replaced by another creative who finished producing it. Dream client. Dream content. I was never told this was happening. The project just kept rolling on and I was not invited to the meetings. The company recently released the work and everyone is fawning over it. Much of the concept is the same, which I had a key role in. Due to Covid it was packaged differently, but still the same messaging. I’m so angry. but not sure I have the right. 😖

I’m trying to move internally and I’ve been offered a role and I was told that I will have to maintain my current senior 2 (S2)status in next fiscal year. This means I’m not getting the progression that I would have otherwise received. I think my skills and knowledge will set me up for success at senior 3 (S3) level as well. I’ve been performing above peers in my current group. How should I navigate this situation?

I feel like there is an easier way to do this on line learning. Same grade teachers at the same school should be one big group. For example: One teacher has the discussion or lecture and does the presentation to all classrooms. One teacher mans the computer to answer questions that come in and handles any tech issues. Another teacher grades assignment and takes role and handles the admin part. Wouldn’t this be easier? Teachers could rotate or just stay in one role.
