Is this thing common in Barclays that probation gets extended or happens rarely. I too joined recently for Chennai location. Can people from Barclays please comment on this?

When did you join and wats your yoe ? He is looping his LM for what ?

I joined in feb.. YOE is 9.. when I'm committing small.mistakes in scorecard preparation he is Looping his LM.. basically for small things which can be sorted one to one he is Looping his LM

He may be a new manager or his manager could be asking for regular updates. If your LM is looping his LM, it does not necessarily mean he does not have confidence in you. Try to have a 1:1 conversation with your LM and not repeat mistakes. Overall try and have a positive outlook towards your job, it will help you do better.
To answer other question, i never saw someone being fired in barclays during my tenure 2014-21.

Bonvoy experts: trying to up our odds of the best suite night award. We booked a resort for a week with points. Room has a partial ocean view and the next level up is a full ocean view. The suite night awards options are said full ocean view, or a super fancy suite. My question is, as ambassador status, shouldn’t we get that next-level upgrade to the full ocean view automatically on check in if available? So is the play to only request the super nice suite? What would be your strategy or tips?
