My manager gets mad at me for sending things out without him telling me to, then he also gets mad when I don't send things out because I'm waiting for his go ahead. What the fuck...

Keep sending them out. I'd rather have my work out in a timely manner and in the hands of people who actually need it.

Send to him with a time limit. "If no comments by [x] then will send to [y]."

I would literally raised that issue with him.

We aren't mind readers, dick!

Send it out but don't CC him. He'll think you're waiting for his approval... then you can drop the mic on him... or get chewed out.

Sounds like a real fuck stick

Think this happens to everyone

Working at a company and they can’t seem to hold on to their female, black and people of color employees. I blinked and 3 of the people who were in my onboarding class were either fired or they left. For context I’ve been in company less than a year and there are people who have been in the company 25yrs. I’m thinking of cutting loose before it gets to my turn.

Just discovering RSD after being diagnosed as an adult. I feel like SO MUCH of my life has been impacted by this and I just never had a name for it. At work if someone gives me negative or constructive feedback it can feel like a punch in the chest even if I know it's not personal. Makes romantic relationships so hard too. Tips for professionally quitting current role? Here's what I'm thinking, feel free to pick it apart!
-Schedule a call with boss, on a Thursday since my last day I'm planning will be two Thursdays later
-On the call tell boss I'm resigning and thank for his leadership and the opportunity I've had
-Send the letter to him right after the call
-This is where it gets fuzzy... Do I go ahead and the send letter to HR as well? Do I tell other coworkers before official announcement goes out?
