My manager got looted one day while returning home and was beaten also. Now everyday he doubts that it was me who did that and gives me more work and taunts me.

Help / advice needed pls! I started a new job a few weeks ago and a few days before I started I found out that I’m pregnant. It’s my dream job and I’m loving it. BUT I’ve got 6 months probation, how can I tell my boss and make sure I will still pass probation? I want to continue in this role! Second problem, I have to go into the office in a couple of weeks and I’m starting to show. But I’m not ready to tell them yet. This situation is incredibly awkward and stressful.

I left my previous employer (of 15 yrs) because of the good o’boys club (you can join if you cheat on your wife, have zero accountability, a huge ego and nose up a VP’s ass). Some of the best competent people have left recently as a result. Now they’re constantly posting propaganda on LI pretending it’s a “fun & cool” place to work. It makes me want to throw up in my mouth. I was I could tell all the naive young millennials to run, as fast as they can or else they better watch their backs…
