Counter joke “I bet your too old for that one ain’t ya, bud”
I get jokes a lot about my age just like that and I'm 32 (people usually think I'm younger). I usually just ignore or laugh it off. Too many things to stress about than people thinking I'm young. As long as I'm pulling my weight and client sees my value, I'm good. But maybe that's just me.
Kill...
Don’t be soft put some bass in your voice when you say it. Say it with your chest too. You heard?!
Play along with the joke and be personable about it. The client will remember that part of it and not see it in a negative light

Take them aside and tell them it makes you slightly uncomfortable. Give them time to address it
Since when is being the youngest person in the room a bad thing. I think they are Just envious of what you’ve achieved than they ever did.

Not sure if ur a gal or guy but as a 5’2” female, I specifically wore glasses to look older, kept my hair back or in a bob, and used clothing/accessories to scream “professional.” Seemed to help. Older now, still wearing glasses, still seems to help lol... 🤓
I don't think it's malicious but I worry that it undermines my credibility... Currently trying to mitigate by referencing project experience where applicable, but it's irritating to say the least
Ask if it matters whether you were born then. And if you were born then point out how obvious it is that in fact you were born then.
Didn’t know it was a problem. Thanks for pointing it out, I’ll be more aware of it. As for your situation, ask them for coffee and mention it in the most non aggressive way possible. I bet that solves the whole problem.
In the consulting world that should be the least of your worries. Eventually you'll have bigger issues.
Grow beard and participate
Talk to your manager. I had the same issue with a manager a while back and researched ways to handle the situation online but ended up not having to because she was rolled off
