What would be my in-hand salary
I joined Fujitsu in april and currently on bench from last 2 months.I have seen policy in Fujitsu portal ,that they will terminate associates on bench for more than 3 months.
I also got an offer from CTS with X+3 LPA,Shall I move with the new offer and what is the notice period that I have to serve,as HR confirmed me to serve 90 days,and CTS joinning is after 2 months.

Naaa this is not your responsibility to inform Manager regarding your promotion....HR will do it.
Also getting promotion and permanent WFH has no relationship....
Every team has a certain % of quota for permanent WFH, Temp WFH and WFO employees...depends on Manager and employee...who get what....
Hence if once your WFH is approved.... Untill Unless some Policy change happen or any Major Project requirement in which your physical presence will be mandatory..... Officially no one will be able to revoke your WFH approval.
So relax and enjoy Permanent WFH ....make the most out of it
