My mother has been an ER RN for 20 years. Her hands are starting to trouble her, and she’s looking for new roles that she could still provide value and enjoy. I recommended CQVA, but does anyone else have any ideas on how I could help her?

I would think that or something in the realm of medical social work. It might be more fulfilling.

Hi, maybe a case management nurse for utilization management. There’s lots of jobs and she can work from the comfort of her home. She would be reviewing authorizations and approving them based on the criteria required and patients chart.

Maybe an advice nurse or case manager role

I would look into a stress lab nurse or radiology nurse. It's not the ER crazy and these jobs are very hot and in demand now.

If you can't find a referral here, I would try over on Linked in. I usually have good luck over there! Best of luck to you.

I’m turning 30 in a month. My boyfriend and I have talked about getting engaged but I’m not sure when he’ll propose (probably after the pandemic is over when we can go on trips safely). I’m realizing that if he waits until after the pandemic, it’s going to be at least a year until the actual wedding. Then I had always planned on being married for a few years before getting pregnant. I’m having major fertility anxiety. Any advice?

I’m 6 weeks tomorrow after a successful embryo transfer… but I started bleeding last night and went in this morning for an early ultrasound. Any ideas for an Etsy shop name, that sells onesies and toddler T-shirts marketed towards sneakerhead parents and sneakerheads who would like to buy a gift for someone else’s child? Currently, it’s just a custom and holiday onesie shop, but I’ve been having the most success with one style that I created to match my son’s Jordan 1 bred crib booties. Based on that, I want to change the name and rebrand.

This is a very random question…any suggestions appreciated 😬

Our daughter is going to a medical school / grad school, and want us to pay for her tuition and other expenses which it is roughly around $250 K for the entire 4 yr. We’ve saved enough $ and probably can afford her to go to school for this much money. However what do you think if we ask her to get a student loan? Is that too cold to ask her? In my opinion once she graduates as a doctor she has her entire life to earn money. Plus student loans helps establish her credit in early on. I wonder

I work at st Christopher’s hospital for children in Philadelphia PA. And RD starting salary is $61,000. I think this is very poor for having a specialty and going thru 5-8 years of schooling with 3.5 years experience. The hospital also did not give the clinical nutrition department a bonus because we aren’t considered direct patient care?? We are 100% direct patient care on the floors and every unit. Thoughts on this for any fellow RDs?
