31 weeks pregnant and my back pain is killing me. It is getting worse every day and especially after 4 pm. I try to walk about a mile or 2 everyday in hopes that it'll help. I have a belly band that helps a little, heat packs help a little but apart from that, is there a magic solution? Every time I ask my doctor, he says stretching and exercise can help but its part of a normal pregnancy - this pain doesn't seem normal 🙁
