Any connects for black design professionals?
I got a Boston Consulting Group employee to refer me. Got the referral link instantly but I can't seem to see any AC roles on the Job posting site. My link was some brassring referral link and it had some 807 openings but no AC roles. I have reached back to my contact to figure out what's up with this. Anyone from the firm has any idea or any candidate had a similar experience ? My referee didn't ask me for any office preference or anything just fyi.
Is anyone still sheltering in place?
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

My firm almost exclusively determines origination on a client, and not a work stream basis.
That would be true in this case too.
The occasional exception is if there are distinct business units within a client and work came to the firm from those business units independently.
But for additional work on deals that the team would be handling anyway that comes from the same client business unit, we’d never split origination.
But given your expertise, you should still draw that work if you can, even without getting origination. Sounds good in reviews, secures you more quality work, makes the firm more profitable, reinforces your expertise, helps you establish one with clients that you may end up in-house with or taking with you to a new firm some day.
