My new transactional law keyboard came today!

I’m a Senior TA Specialist for a global automotive company. Currently making $60k/year with benefits. I hold a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree with 10 plus years of HR experience and believe my market value is worth more around the $80k- $90k range than my current compensation. For negotiation purposes, would I be wrong in seeking an increase? How would I present that to senior management? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Which one should I go?

I have been employed with them for 17 years and honesty, it’s a great company to work for. I have been in management for over 7 years at this point, completing everything from culinary management to both ends of service management, I have also completed my general management assessment. My pay has only increased on average of less than 3% per year with one year at 6%. I have never negotiated my salary before, is this too low? If so what is good increase for a company that continues to excel?
