I started a company just under 1 year ago. We sell a product via ecom channels and have done ~100K in revenue with a 60% gross margin.

The first 6 months I was working a full time job. I quit my job to focus on the business full time, and have since depleted my readily available capital. I’m bootstrapping the business with my own funds. I was recently offered a job in my old industry for 80K per year. I was previously making 62K.

Should I take the job?

Are there any Workers Compensation MO Claims Adjuster here? I handle complex MO claims, which include review and authorization of surgeries. Basically, if the EE is not LT, the MO Adjuster manages the claims to closure. As an MO Adjuster, is that what you do? At what point do you transfer claims to LT Adjuster? What's your average monthly claim count? I'm trying to find out if my job duties and 10-hour shifts are in line with my salary. Or should I move on

The older I get, the harder it is for me to have the mental capacity to text people back. I reply back rather quickly but eventually look back and realize I didn’t even answer the question that was asked or totally disregarded what someone said. Also the older I get, the more uncomfortable I get around people I’m not very close to. I used to be very social and have many groups of friends but now I think I may have social anxiety. I was hosting a pretty high level (1 or 2 level below c suite) meeting with a European client and they asked me “oh isn’t today a bank holiday you guys are working today?”.
