1) What are the differences in benifits between USI and India.
2) I was told by HR that I will get an Hike in between 0-20 percent, variable pay which is not mentioned in the letter? Will I receive that if yes when? Please suggest.
3) I dint have anything related to working hours and days of work is It like I may have to extend number of working days a week?
4) Any suggestions welcome.

Southern California nurses, what is the average pay for inpatient case manager? Looking to move to LA or San Diego area.

Young professional (23M) considering move to colonial village / Lyon village by purchasing a condo in the next year or so. I like it bc it has proximity to bars/restaurants and metro stations. The condos are also pretty cheap, staying under 300k, although I did notice HOA fees are comparable to some high-rise condos. What’s the general vibe of living in the area, relative to the whole DC area? I know there’s a stigma against those who live across the Potomac lol.

My greatest fear? Becoming a banker stereotype.

Anyone know if there’s a workaround way to get access to a 24h therapy phone line through Kaiser? Seems like they don’t offer talk therapy by phone which is a real bummer if you’re physical distancing or travel often. I’m open to learning about non-Kaiser options as well that have great therapists and ideally are easy on my wallet. I think my dream therapist would be someone who’s also trained as a dating coach (maybe someone like Brooke Sprowl in LA except covered in network)

I and my fiancé (both valid H1 visa holders) got married a week back in India. We will be traveling soon back to USA. Is it advisable to get my marriage registered here in India or would it be recommended to register that in US once we travel back?
