My offer letter says the location is BLR. But ever since I joined, I'm working from home only. Recently they announced that EPAM is going to be in Hybrid mode. I have seen that some of my colleagues have permanent WFH in their offer letter instead of a location like me. Is there any chance I can get it to be permanent WFH? EPAM Systems

Transition from Anywhere to System and vice versa can only be done via reappearing for complete interview process.. I think permanent wfh is not a good option it actually is very very bad for our mental health also permanent wfh job is less secure.... Permanent wfh is only available in Anywhere program but it has his own negatives ...
Thank you for responding! I think the point you mentioned for mental health is very subjective, Yes it can be bad if one is an extrovert! However I am an introvert, therefore it is vice versa for me. The lifestyle I have currently is too good, I just don't want to disturb that.
Coming to the remote work, several of my colleagues who joined at different time, they have all the full time employee benefits and their job is permanent WFH, because their offer letter mentions the same. (They are not from EPAM Anywhere)
In my case though it is BLR.
Epam systems also gives location as India remote. I think author is checking on that not the system to anywhere conversion.
@author - you can check with your hiring HR and RM if they could provide you with that. It is possible to change. You can argue saying I only joined since I was told that I can work remotely.

Top EPAM India management has made decision of WFO. If your offer letter does not have Permanent WFH, you have to come to office.
